2" Succulents are shipped as pictured, in tact with soil and pot. All other succulents are shipped bare root. Pot and soil will be removed before shipment.

Our base shipping rate is $5.95, additional items typically add 50 cents to the shipping cost.

Free Shipping on orders over $35  (Item total only). No coupon necessary.

We ship via USPS every Monday - Wednesday (excluding holidays) for orders placed by Sunday evening.

Example: An order placed on Monday will ship the following Monday (7 days). An order placed Sunday evening will ship by the following Wednesday (3 days).

You will receive a notification and USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in the US.
 
Please notify us if your package has taken longer than 3-4 days to arrive. Delays are not common and are usually resolved within 1-2 days without issue.

Please contact us if there are any issues with the condition of your plants. We will gladly replace or refund any damaged, lost or unsatisfactory products!
